It took a lot of searching to find just the right  ring...Darrah Cooper, in Lake Placid.  After much deliberating   the perfect ring was found for creation...

 shocking    that it is PINK.

The Engagement

Engagement

On September 30, 2018, we got engaged at Saunders Falls, one of the amazing camps, at Weller Mountain Club. It was almost postponed due to River, our crazy cat, getting stuck under the cabin and refusing to come out, for several hours.  Timmy got down on one knee, on a big rock, alongside the river.

ATTIRE

Attire

Certainly plan to dress however you should choose, but be advised that the venue is very rustic...majestic, but rustic.  Denim and/or camo are not only suggested, but encouraged.

LODGING

Lodging

The closest hotel is located in Potsdam, which is about an hour from the venue.  We have reserved the Main Lodge, which has a communal bunk house, and shared co-ed bathroom/showers for both Friday and Saturday night. We also have a couple cabins reserved, which are quaint and rustic, with wood stoves, gas lighting, and  outhouses.  The cost per person, per night is $10.  You must supply your own sleeping bag, bedding, pillows, towels, etc.

You also have the option of bringing a camper and/or camping gear. If doing so, we can assist you with the perfect location.

We can say unequivocally that you will fall in LOVE with all 18,500 acres, and will never want to leave.  This is one our most-favorite places on earth and   we are elated to have the opportunity to share it all with you, as you witness celebrate the union of two individuals who are madly in love.
